ANZCHAM Advanced Learning Academy in partnership with Monash College proudly brings to you the LEADership Workouts. This program has been delivered to the industry in Australia, across Southeast Asia, and first time here in the Philippines!


Monash College has vast experienced working with Australian and international organisations, not only in the delivery of professional development training programs but also in the provision of intern placements and talent graduate recruitment solutions of highly qualified Monash University graduates.


The LEADership Workouts aims to provide current and future managers with the skills and knowledge to lead and respond to key growing leadership themes relevant to the needs of today's workforce.


The course consists of three episodes of two-hour online leadership workouts based on critical areas that the leaders of the 21st century must understand and implement in their managerial roles. These will be held on 15, 22 and 29 September 2021, 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon, and will be delivered via Zoom.

    Learn how to perceive, use, understand and manage emotions to help yourself and others to connect and communicate effectively, make decisions, and manage stress, pressure and conflict. By better understanding and meeting human emotional needs, you can build relationships that inspire productivity and commitment.

    Managing Conflict

    Managing Conflict

    Day 2 | 22 September | Wednesday
    Identify your preferred conflict-handling style as well as the other conflict handling styles that exist and recognise when and how to use them when dealing with conflict. Develop strategies to manage conflict by structuring an action plan for implementation in the workplace.

    Day 3 | 29 September | Wednesday
    Learn how to apply continuous improvement as an ongoing, never-ending effort to improve products, services or processes through observation and solving problems. Engage all team members and as their leader, develop the team by coaching them to take strong ownership of the process and results.

Norman Paskin

Facilitator


Norman Paskin has been training and assessing work-based clients for more than 20 years across industries such as financial services, manufacturing, business/professional services, sales and education. He has worked with employees ranging from entry-level staff through to regional general management, focussing on the development of key technical, process, people, management and leadership skills; also serving as a coach and mentor to many of his students.


Norman holds a professional teaching degree, two post-graduate diplomas and four further diplomas spread across business/management, financial services and learning & development. He places high value on his continuous professional development and inspires students to continuously develop their knowledge and skills to face the challenges of the working world.

His key strengths are relating his wealth of work and training experiences to the workplace and making the learning interesting and relevant. Taking a very keen interest in the development of students, Norman never loses sight of the results-driven focus of the learning. He brings a wealth of work, learning & development and inspirational experience, which helps students achieve results beyond their expectations, benefiting them and their employers.
