When Myanmar faced a devastating surge of Covid-19 cases during the second and third waves of the pandemic, a number of healthcare professionals and health facilities contributed to the needs of society in a range of different ways. Meanwhile, the country is currently ravaged by the military takeover, presenting challenges to properly managing the health system in the country.
