Join us on Tuesday April 30 at 7pm for our Executive Panel Discussion on the virtue of Fortitude. Our first panelist is Mark McLaughlin who currently serves as Chairman of the board of directors for Qualcomm Inc, as well as a Board member of Snowflake and Rubrik, Inc. Previously he served in numerous leadership executive roles including President and CEO of Palo Alto Networks and President and CEO of Verisign. Our second panelist is JP Brockman who is VP of Commercial Finance at Snowflake as well as a board member for our YCP Silicon Valley chapter. Prior to joining Snowflake, JP served as Sr. Finance Director for Professional Services and Training at ServiceNow, where in addition to supporting the business, he helped drive the transformation of the Professional Service organization into the Customer Success group.

Mark and JP will speak on "Leading with Courage" and share their career experiences and how they overcame difficulties and setbacks through the virtue of fortitude. The event will take place on the third floor of Guadalupe Hall (Santa Clara University) and will include a panel, small group discussion, and a Q&A. Refreshments will be provided.

Executive Panel Discussions are member-exclusive events promoting focused conversation about living virtuously in the workplace. Two panelists lead the discussion about a particular virtue and what it means to practice that virtue in daily life. After the panel, table leaders bring the discussion down to the individual level. At the end of the evening, a representative from each table shares their collective insights with the rest of the group.
