Cassandra joined Norgaard, O'Boyle & Hannon, Attorneys At Law in 2013 after graduating from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, CA. During her time at GGU, Cassandra participated in the Honors Lawyering Program and was a Senior Editor of the Golden Gate University Law Review. She was published three times in the Golden Gate University Law Review Online Journal. While in law school, Cassandra was a student clerk for the San Francisco City Attorney's Office, working with the Workers' Compensation and Complex Litigation teams, and had the opportunity to assist attorneys with the case of Hollingsworth v. Perry, considered before the U.S. Supreme Court in March of 2013. Cassandra competed on the mock trial team twice, once advancing to the quarterfinals, and received a specialization certificate in litigation upon graduation. Cassandra graduated from GGU in the top 10% of her class, receiving honors.

Since joining Norgaard O'Boyle, Cassandra has assisted on a wide range of matters spanning Bankruptcy, General Litigation, Commercial, and Real Estate practice areas. The unique combination of Cassandra's litigation and research experience makes her an ideal advocate for both transactional and litigation-related legal issues.

Karl joined the Firm in 2004. He has published articles and has given numerous ICLE lectures in his short tenure. His areas of expertise include Creditor/Debtor's Rights, Bankruptcy, Guardianships, Foreclosure Law, Civil Litigation, Real Estate/Real Property, and out-of-court workouts. He has extensive experience handling all aspects of debtor/creditor's rights, both in the New Jersey State and Federal Courts. In addition to prosecuting foreclosure cases for both private as well institutional lenders, he has also handled many contested foreclosures for Debtors, which often results in loan modifications and/or forbearance agreements and Deeds in Lieu of foreclosure. Mr. Norgaard effectively and efficiently resolves disputes between the parties with a common sense approach of analyzing the client's legal exposure and rights while always seeking to find an amicable resolution as soon as possible in an effort to curtail needless litigation.

With 35 years of mortgage banking experience, Sandra specializes in foreclosure prevention among seniors through the use of reverse mortgages and has saved 104 homes from foreclosure. She has been a regular guest on News 12 NJ and has had her client stories
