Join us as we host speaker Megan Swinford. Megan is an expert on Meditation, Nutrition, and Nervous System Regulation. She will provide information and walk us through exercises that can be done at the desk to assist with destressing our bodies. In her own words: Our bodies talk to us. Sometimes they whisper, sometimes they shout. Modern life can be hard on our bodies. Like many others, you may be feeling overwhelmed, struggling to fall asleep, or living with chronic pain. Although these conditions have become common, that does not mean they're normal.
