Wence Wenceslao is the Senior Assistant Vice President for Digital Marketing & Innovations in SM Investments Corporation, the largest conglomerate in the Philippines with investments in retail, loyalty, properties and banking. She has over 10 years of experience in growing various digital-centric businesses.
Her role is mainly digital— driving best practices in channels and communications across the SM group, setting up new alliances to integrate online-offline consumer experiences, and supporting e-commerce venture through better user journeys, refreshed branding and partnership marketing strategies.
Formerly, she was the Group Head in Rising Tide Inc., a company focused on delivering great digital & mobile experiences. She swiftly turned around the company, establishing a full-stack team and new business units that drove 900% growth in revenues.
Prior to joining Rising Tide, she used to be with the top telecommunications company in the Philippines: Globe, where she is known to drive results as she led consistent double-digit revenue growth in value-added services and advertising. She also took on product innovation aggressively, growing the portfolio from 5 to 50 mobile-first digital advertising products in less than 2 years. Her recent role involves being a key contributor in the overall strategy of new digital initiatives in Globe, such as API, big data, WiFi and subsidiary businesses in the line of content and advertising.
Marilyn “Lynn” Ventenilla has over 27 years’ experience in organizational communications, marketing promotions, public relations, digital marketing, and brand management gained in globally distributed and culturally sensitive employee environments.
Lynn currently serves as Senior Director for Communications and Marketing at Teleperformance Philippines. She joined the company in 2011 and is responsible for strategic communications programs that help elevate the brand health and equity, as well as expand communication and relationship opportunities for the company’s internal and external stakeholders.
Prior to joining Teleperformance, Lynn headed the corporate communications, event management, and advertising programs of businesses based out of China, Macau and Hong Kong SAR, Cambodia, Las Vegas, and across the Philippines. She has built her communications career in industries including gaming and hospitality, media, apparel supply chain, entertainment, financial services, and knowledge management technology.
Lynn is a graduate of BA Communications from the University of the Philippines, an MBA Management from the International Academy of Management and Economics, and Management Development and Innovation Fellowship from the Asian Institute of Management. She is likewise a Certified Digital Marketing Professional and Certified Professional in Marketing.
Heidi is the Brand and Marketing Services Head of PayMaya. She led the launch of the recent PayMaya ‘Don’t Pay Cash, PayMaya!’ campaign garnering more than 25M video views.
Heidi holds an MBA from the De La Salle Graduate School of Business and has over 15 years of experience in the digital space, partnering with top content groups like NBA Properties, Blizzard Games, T2 Entertainment and Tencent. She was formerly the chief operating officer of IP E-Game Ventures, where she launched and managed NBA.com Philippines. In the same capacity, she led the division that launched and managed the top MMORPG (massive multiplayer online role-playing game) and boxed games in the Philippines.
Jon Richmond Ang, Marketing Director of Worldbex Services International, where he spearheaded various events like World Building and Construction Expo (WORLDBEX), Manila Food and Beverage Expo (MAFBEX), SIAL ASEAN Manila, Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) Cebu Auto Show, Philippine Building and Construction Expo (Philbex Cebu and Davao) Cebu Food and Beverage Expo (CEFBEX) and World Bazaar Festival.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with specialization in Applied Corporate Management in De La Salle University. Rachel Tablante has a wealth of over 10 years of experience in advertising and digital marketing, now specializing in Mar-Tech/CRM. She currently serves as the Growth Marketing and Digital Platforms Head in PLDT Enterprise, where she plans, designs, and implements the entire marketing-technology stack for PLDT Enterprise. Prior to telco, she held key positions in several advertising agencies where she worked with some of the top brands in the Philippines such as Jollibee, J&J and Unilever.
A strategic marketer with years of experience in delivering great result-oriented campaigns in multinational companies in the APAC region within QSR, events, print and digital media industries. Served in consultancy and in-house positions where focus has been marketing strategy development, brand marketing, enterprise and vertical segment marketing and building specialist marketing communities through events and business conferences.
Currently, she is the APAC Event Manager for EventBank, a global organization that build, manage and transform communities with an all-in-one engagement management software.
She has a master’s degree in marketing from De La Salle University in Manila.
