The fifth and final Masterclass in our five-part Business Skills Masterclass is on "Mastering the Art of Communication & Conflict"

Conflict. No-one wants it but everyone has it!

Whether it's dealing with difficult colleagues, unhappy clients, or conflict in your personal relationships, conflict is inevitable in our everyday lives. Yet most people have never learnt the skills required to master difficult conversations. This leads to either avoiding conflict or dealing with it in ways that are destructive to our relationships.

What would your everyday life look like if you had confidence to navigate any conflict that came your way? This crucial skill-building workshop will positively change the way you communicate and deal with conflict in your life.

You will learn about:

  • the effect of conflict on your brain;
  • personal triggers and causes of conflict;
  • constructive and destructive conflict patterns;
  • tools and skills for having difficult conversations; and
  • strategies for regulating your emotions during conflict.

Do you know your personal conflict patterns and personal triggers?

As part of enrolling in this workshop, you will also have the opportunity to complete a confidential Conflict Dynamic Profile Assessment. This is a global, research-backed tool that measures your personal conflict patterns and your common conflict triggers. The questionnaire will be emailed to participants and your personal report will be provided to you prior to commencement of the workshop.

You will leave this session with insight into your personal conflict patterns and practical skills you can implement immediately to master the art of conflict and communication.

Please note that there is a cap of 25 participants for this event, so while this event is free for City Precinct members, registration is essential
