Gregory H. Holder is currently a Project Manager II for the MARTA Rapid A-Line and a few other BRT projects.
He is a Civil Engineering Project Manager with over 28 years of experience in program and project management in transit, transportation, and new innovation. Gregory has extensive experience in plan review, right-of-way acquisition, and construction management. Managed numerous federally funded projects to include the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for municipalities with a proven track record of success of delivering capital projects. A change agent and problem solver that achieved major project efficiencies and fiscal savings.
Born in Toronto, Canada, where he took the civil engineering technology program at Centennial College and worked on a provincial wide Guardrail inventory study with the Ministry of Ontario Transportation Department and initiated the on Street HOV lanes working with the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto Transportation Department, before moving to Atlanta in 1995. Gregory worked with Cobb County Department of Transportation establishing a Speed Hump Program/Policy as part of their traffic calming program and at the City of Atlanta for several years managing Quality of Life and Renew Atlanta Bond projects.
He enjoys traveling, ran a marathon, and has ran several successful small businesses.
