I earned a Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) certificate from the Universal Public Procurement Certification Council and a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from Georgia State University.

    Arlen Fisher is employed with Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) as a Project Manager II for Capital Programs Delivery. As an experienced Project Manager offering over 20 years of success leading all phases of diverse construction and technical projects.

    Arlen brings proficiency in planning and management of multimillion dollar projects aligning business goals with solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantage, and bottom-line gains.

    As a graduate of Georgia State University, Arlen began his professional career in Information Technology with AT&T before transferring to AT&T’s Global Network Construction Team where he worked for more than 9 years as a Project Manager over multiple international datacenter projects. After moving on from AT&T, Arlen began employment with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) gaining additional experience as Global Telecom PM for the rebuild of HPE datacenters worldwide. Prior to Arlen’s arrival at MARTA, he completed employment with AECOM, LLC. working directly with Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) in the Georgia Bridge Improvement Program where he was responsible as PM in assuring all bridges in his assigned region completed required reconstruction to meet GDOT safety standards.

    Program Manager II / Capital Programs at MARTA

    Gregory H. Holder is currently a Project Manager II for the MARTA Rapid A-Line and a few other BRT projects.

    He is a Civil Engineering Project Manager with over 28 years of experience in program and project management in transit, transportation, and new innovation. Gregory has extensive experience in plan review, right-of-way acquisition, and construction management. Managed numerous federally funded projects to include the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for municipalities with a proven track record of success of delivering capital projects. A change agent and problem solver that achieved major project efficiencies and fiscal savings.

    Born in Toronto, Canada, where he took the civil engineering technology program at Centennial College and worked on a provincial wide Guardrail inventory study with the Ministry of Ontario Transportation Department and initiated the on Street HOV lanes working with the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto Transportation Department, before moving to Atlanta in 1995. Gregory worked with Cobb County Department of Transportation establishing a Speed Hump Program/Policy as part of their traffic calming program and at the City of Atlanta for several years managing Quality of Life and Renew Atlanta Bond projects.

    He enjoys traveling, ran a marathon, and has ran several successful small businesses.
