Makati Business Club, made up of 400 of the country’s biggest and most dynamic companies, is now focused on global competitiveness and responsible business. MBC is the partner of the World Economic Forum in its Global Competitiveness Report and of United Nations Development Programme in promoting the Sustainable Development Goals to CEOs. It is the secretariat to APEC Business Advisory Council (Philippines), the private sector’s voice in regional trade, and Integrity Initiative, which advocates good governance needed to boost investment and jobs.
