Event Details

We are thrilled to introduce you to a transformative program called MVP Medical Advancement Groups (MAG). This new program aims to create a nurturing and growth-oriented space for our veterinary community. At its heart, the MAG Program is committed to fostering mentorship-driven relationships that empower veterinary professionals to thrive and flourish in their careers. We envision a supportive environment where mentors and mentees' collective wisdom, experiences, and compassion come together to drive personal and professional growth within the veterinary field.

The program's central themes are as follows:

  • Cultivating a Safe Space for Peer-to-Peer Mentorship: We believe in providing a safe, judgment-free zone where mentors and mentees can connect openly, share challenges, and seek guidance without hesitation.
  • Nurturing Personal and Professional Growth: Through mentorship, MAG aims to inspire and empower veterinarians and veterinary technicians to embrace continuous learning and reach new heights in their careers.
  • Encouraging Holistic Development: The program recognizes that growth extends beyond professional expertise, encompassing mental well-being, resilience, and a sense of community within our profession.
  • Creating an Inclusive Network: We seek to bridge gaps and have an inclusive network within the veterinary community, allowing for richer perspectives and shared experiences.
  • Facilitating Collaboration and Innovation: MAG fosters collaboration among veterinary professionals, encouraging participants to challenge their current thoughts and processes.
