We look forward to hosting you at the Home Office in Southfield, MI, for our Medical Advancement Group Cohort 8.0 SEPTEMBER!

We want to note that this event will be in-person in Michigan, and a virtual option will not be provided.

 

Please start booking your flight/travel arrangements. We will book your hotel accommodations on your behalf based on the arrival and departure dates provided in your registration. Please remember the dates and times below when booking your travel and requesting your hotel.


Flights:

  • Fly into the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW).
  • Flight costs are to be covered by your clinic. If you are a COACH, your flight cost will be allocated to CORP. 
  • Please plan to arrive the night before to ensure a timely start to Day 1 of the program.
  • Please book return flights for after 4:30 p.m. on Day 2.
  • If you plan to travel by Bus or Train, please contact @Jennifer Leseth before booking.

Hotel: 

  • Address: The Westin Southfield 1500 Town Center, Southfield, MI 48075
  • We will book your hotel reservations at the Westin Southfield Hotel on your behalf. MVP CORP. will cover hotel costs. 
  • You will not need to contact the hotel regarding bookings.
  • Please be prepared to present your ID and credit card upon check-in for incidentals. 

Ground Transportation:

  • Upon arriving at the airport, please use the Uber app for transportation to the hotel or MVP Home Office.
  • Please follow these instructions if you have not utilized Uber for transportation.
  • The MVP events team will send you an Uber Voucher no later than three days before the event. Please email the @MVP EVENTS TEAM if you do not receive the voucher.
  • We will provide a shuttle from the home office to the airport on Tuesday at 2:30pm.

Meals:

  • All meals will be provided during the event.
  • Please refer to the DOCUMENTS tab at the top right of this page for Tuesday's boxed lunch menu. You will be asked to complete your choice during registration - PLEASE be specific!

Accounting/Reimbursement:

  • Attendees must allocate all event and travel costs to the "Medical Advancement Group" events in Concur when submitting expenses for reimbursement. Please see the attached screenshot under the DOCUMENTS tab. 

Payroll:

  • Hourly team members will be compensated for attending mandatory MAG event sessions. Please download the attached Payroll Spreadsheet under the DOCUMENTS tab to record and submit event attendance time.
  • Please complete and submit this spreadsheet to payroll@mvp.freshservice.com no later than 9/13/24!
  • Processed hours will be provided directly to team members' timesheets within Dayforce.

Registration:

  • Registration is required for this event. 
  • Please register using the GREEN button in the upper right-hand corner of this page. 
  • Registration is due by 5:00 pm (EST) on Friday, August 30th!
