Rebecca Layman is a fundraising professional in Frederick, Maryland. She has served as the Director of Development and Marketing with the Mental Health Association of Frederick County since 2019.
Outside of non-profit work, Rebecca is an active community member. She is a member and board member of the Rotary Club of Carroll Creek. She currently serves as an Elder at her church, Frederick Presbyterian. She served as a board member for the Association of Fundraising Professionals and served in several leadership roles with the Frederick High Boosters Club.
Rebecca loves people and cultivating relationships. When she is not volunteering in her community, you can find her enjoying family time with her husband and her 3 young adult children. Originally from Rockville, Maryland, she has called Frederick home for 30 years.
