Mental resilience has been a hot topic for a number of years as parents try to understand how to best build their children and teen's mental toughness against stress and all of life's "adversities". This interactive session conducted by a parent and daughter pair, will provide parents and their teens research-backed practical tips on managing stress during challenging situations. Children and youth above 10 are most welcome to attend with their parents. Parents can also sign up on their own if your children are not able to attend.
