Mentorship Journey 4.0 - August 2024

At MVP, Mentorship is more than just another buzzword – it is the central pillar of our culture. Join us at the MVP Headquarters in Detroit for two days of connection and professional development. Meet with key MVP leaders, connect with other new and recent grads, earn over 12 hours of CE, and MBark on your Mentorship Journey with MVP!

We want to note that this event will be in-person in Michigan, and a virtual option will not be provided.

Once approved, Please start booking your flight/travel arrangements. We will book your hotel accommodations on your behalf based on the arrival and departure dates provided in your registration. Please refer to the dates and times below when booking your travel and requesting your hotel.

Once approved for the Mentorship Revolution event, please begin booking your travel for this event.

Flights:

• Fly into the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW).
• Flight costs are to be covered by your clinic.
• Please plan to arrive the night before to ensure a timely start to Day 1 of the program.
• Please book return flights for after 6 pm on Day 2.

Hotel:

• We will handle and book your hotel room reservations at the Westin Southfield Hotel on your behalf based on the check in and check out dates provided in registration.
• You will not need to contact the hotel regarding bookings.
• The MVP Events Team will book your hotel and hotel costs will be placed on the master bill. Following the conclusion of the event, guest rooms will be billed back to the attendee's respective clinic. Please note - you will need to place a credit card down at check-in for any additional in-room purchases or incidentals. 

Ground Transportation:

• Upon arriving at the airport, please use the Uber app for transportation to the hotel or MVP Home Office.
• Please follow these instructions​ if you have not utilized Uber for transportation.
• We will provide a shuttle from the home office to the airport on day #2 at 2:30pm.

Meals:

• All meals will be provided during the event.
