Calling all emerging and seasoned affordable housing developers located in urban regions, rural towns, and anything in between!

Calling all financial institutions interested in supporting affordable housing development across Michigan!

You are invited to join us for a unique, half-day affordable housing summit from 1 - 5:00pm on Tuesday, April 16 in the newly opened Grewal Hall at 224 in Lansing.

The goal of this summit is to bring a variety of developers together, provide a high-level overview of key resources available across the state, and engage in meaningful discussions across financial institutions and affordable housing stakeholders. Conversations will span the spectrum of affordable housing from small-scale development to larger tax credit projects, with information on deep income targeting, missing middle and mixed-income project and developer resources.

The event will include a candid panel discussion focused on emerging developers and their limitations and opportunities accessing capital, a quickfire set of timely updates from statewide agencies and organizations, and extensive networking opportunities to catch up with your peers and make new connections.
