Jo Ann has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resource and Organization Development with a proven track record of successfully implementing workforce transformation and talent development interventions in different multinational organizations across multiple sites in the country and Asia region.
She was the former Managing Director of LHH Philippines, responsible for the two-digit growth of the Philippine business. In 2021, she moved to a regional role as the APAC Customer Success Manager, where she is responsible for the project implementation for regional and global contracts. She works closely with the sales teams, consultants, and operations team to ensure successful contract execution and ongoing management of project deliverable's during the life cycle of engagement.
