Nicole Lorenzetti, BA, is an Onboarding, Outreach and Quality supervisor for Mental Health Services serving the western region of Service, Access, & Management, Inc. of Pennsylvania. She has serving the mental health population for over 15 years. Nicole graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She is currently in pursuit of a master’s degree in business administration. Nicole’s current work includes helping create inventive ways to recruit and onboard staff that grows engaged, proactive, and determined employees. Nicole is passionate about nurturing all dimensions of wellness, empowering individuals to foster change and growth, and finding time to laugh and connect with others. Nicole is also a certified Yoga, Pound Pro and Generation Pound Pro, and Group Aerobics Instructor.

Rebekka Matthews, BSW, is the Onboarding, Outreach and Quality supervisor for the South Central Region for Service Access and Management, Inc Mental health Service line in Pennsylvania. She has been employed with Service Access and Management (SAM) since 2019. Rebekka graduated with her Bachelors of Social Work from Limestone University in 2010 where she was awarded the Social Work Student of the Year. Her passions include Mental health, fighting for human rights and social change while making communities stronger, families healthier and increasing compassion in all areas of life. Rebekka is currently in the process of pursuing her passion of pubic speaking and writing a personal Anthology of surviving a traumatic childhood.
