In this webinar we will be conducting an overview of the various legislation and regulations in South Africa that deal with food law, composition and food safety. Food law is extremely fragmented in our country and multiple departments can deal with one item in your grocery list. We will be looking at the history of food law, what is currently in force and what to look out for in the future.
