    Greg is a leader in responsible AI, focusing on leadership, strategy, and opportunities. He is the Co-Founder & CEO of the African Academy of Artificial Intelligence, a firm that helps organizations integrate AI into their strategy, operations, and products. This integration drives competitive advantage and future-proofs businesses. He is a lecturer at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) and other business schools, preparing future leaders with vital expertise in AI Strategy, Leadership, and Opportunities.

    His professional background includes roles at Young & Rubicam Advertising in Tokyo, Japan and SBC Communications (now AT&T) in the United States. During his time at SBC, he was seconded to Telkom South Africa, where he spearheaded market and channel expansion efforts and played a pivotal role in preparing Telkom SA for its IPO.

    Additionally, he volunteers as a mentor for startup accelerator Founder Institute, leveraging his experience as a 3-time entrepreneur to assist founders with their messaging and go-to-market strategies.

    Greg’s dedication lies in propelling Africa into the AI era, boosting competitiveness and fostering job growth through innovation. He has significant global experience of five years in Tokyo and 15 in South Africa, and currently divides his time between Johannesburg and California. He holds an MBA in International Business and Economics from GIBS.

    SPEAKER:

    Tsepo Moleko is an Executive at ENS in the Forensics practice.

    He has experience in conducting digital forensic investigations and incident response by following forensic methodologies, obtaining and analysing evidence, and rendering forensic technical support to stakeholders in order to mitigate risks and prevent losses.
    He also has experience in Data Analytics, using tools to analyse various financial databases, system functionality, and interrogating and interpreting various financial data in dispute resolutions. Tsepo has developed and used data analytics procedures that aid our clients in identifying anomalies in datasets by providing analysis for: Transaction testing, Computer Aided Audit Techniques (CAATs), Forensic Investigation support, Proactive fraud prevention, Fraud Detection, Internal Controls Analysis, and Regulatory, Compliance, and Anti-Bribery Analysis. He has conducted and managed various Information Security Assignments.

    Tsepo has represented clients in a variety of digital forensics, search and seizures, anti-bribery compliance, and data analysis matters in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Angola, Botswana, Tanzania, Zambia, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Mali, Democratic Republic of Congo, Turkey, and South Africa.
    Tsepo obtained computer forensics related certifications as an EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE) and an AccessData Certified Examiner (ACE); and cellphone related certifications as a Cellebrite Certified Logical Operator (CCLO) and a Cellebrite Certified Physical Analyst (CCPA).
