Course Description
Considering the numerous challenges and complaints received during recent elections, this presentation is designed to give prosecutors a brief overview of the relevant portions of Election Code. To allow offices to respond quickly to emergent issues on Election Day, this presentation will examine the rules and restrictions for polling places, common complaints received by District Attorney's Offices, and select criminal violations.
