COVID-19 has forcaed the economy to adapt to the new customer trend of preferring contactless transactions, as well as affecting their purchasing power and lifestyle. Consequently, businesses have to adjust to adopting a greater digital transformation which has affected operating hours and opportunities for employees to work from home.
