Based in the USA and Dominican Republic, as an adventurer, author, global investor, and round-the-world sailor, diamond diver, boat builder, crosser of oceans and motivational speaker Neal has lived an extraordinary life ruled by those two little words. What if? Born without a left hip socket, Neal couldn’t run and play like other kids, instead he read books. At 17, working on oil rigs, and as a diamond diver off the coast of Africa, he managed to save up money to start building his own boat.
In his talks Neal addresses the creation of winning strategies, embracing diversity, conquering fear in order to achieve the impossible, while continuing to raise the bar. Using a well-crafted personal story of overcoming all odds of prejudice, economic hardship and physical disability to complete the longest and most arduous sporting event, solo racing around our planet, Neal assists clients in moving their workforce and customers forward into positive action.
