It's this time of the year again that the Netherlands-Thai Chamber of Commerce is going to organize or Annual General Meeting on Thursday 28 April 2022. Please mark you calendar and join us! 

NTCC Annual General Meeting has been divided into 2 sections; the main meeting part, and the cocktail networking:

The meeting part is for the NTCC members only to be recapped of what NTCC had done last year. You will be informed about our past activities, as well as our insights on financial reports. Moreover, it gives you the opportunity to contribute your vote for the (re-)election of the members of the Board of Directors. 

After the meeting, the cocktail networking will start at 18.30 hrs. onwards. This function is welcome for non-members. There, people will enjoy the food, wines, beers, and soft drinks, and connect with the Dutch business community.

Ticket:

• NTCC Member: Free of charge (AGM only)
• NTCC Member: 1,000 THB (AGM + Cocktail Networking)
• Non-Member: 1,250 THB (Cocktail Networking only)

*All guests must be fully vaccinated and provide the ATK self-test negative result within 36 hours at the registration desk.*

Voting rights for corporate members (ordinary members)

• Only permanent representative of corporate members can cast his/her vote during the meeting.
• In case of the Permanent Representative's absence, the alternate representative from the same company, as listed in the NTCC database, can cast a vote on his/her behalf.
• Permanent Representative of corporate members who can't attend the meeting may assign another Permanent Representative from other companies to vote on his/her behalf by signing a proxy form and sending it to membership@ntccthailand.org before Tuesday 26 April 2022.
• Additional attendee(s) apart from those stated above will be counted as observes.
