Mr. Alan Fam, Chief Regional Officer of KUKA Robotics – APeC

As the Chief Regional Officer of KUKA APeC (Asia Pacific except China), Alan Fam is an accomplished leader of more than 15 years of vast working experience in the automation industry. His main area of expertise includes building a great team to drive profitable and sustainable business growth, formulating & driving winning strategy, establishing & managing route to market and increasing robotics market share for Asia Pacific countries. Before joining KUKA, Alan Fam worked in various senior management roles in companies such as Destaco, Atlas Copco, etc. Blessed with one beautiful daughter, he has a strong passion for hiking and running.

Mr. Neoh Sin Joo, Regional Sales Director of KUKA Robotics – APeC

Neoh Sin Joo joined KUKA since December 2012. In the span of eight years, he has held various leadership positions in KUKA such as CEO of KUKA Malaysia & SEA and assistant Vice President of AVP KUKA Taiwan. He is currently working as a Regional Sales Director for APeC region. Armed with 22 years of experience in the robotics industry, he leads the sales division which is responsible for defining and planning regional sales strategy as well as developing robotics business for the region. He is happily married with two children, and his passions include qigong, yoga, cycling and reading.

Mr. Tawiwat Reongpunyaroj, Chief Executive Officer of KUKA Thailand & Vietnam

Tawiwat Reongpunyaroj leads KUKA Thailand and Vietnam. His domain includes strategic business management activities as well as expanding and building a sustainable robotics business. He has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in industrial automation and engineering. Prior to KUKA, he served in numerous senior management roles within SEA countries. He has been associated with world leading MNCs such as TRUMPF, Atlas Copco and Schneider electric. His favourite pastime includes running, playing golf and football. He is also musically inclined and plays the drum and guitar.
