That sounds like a fantastic event! The Hangover Bar must be an even more exciting venue now with its recently renovated 2nd floor. The combination of a Dutch sports bar atmosphere with the chill vibe of Sukhumvit 22 sounds like the perfect setting for a relaxed gathering.
