Margaret Hirsch, co-founder and Executive Director of Hirsch's Home stores, the largest independently owned Appliance, Electronics and Home Furnishing retail outlet in Southern Africa. Winner of over 40 international and local Business Awards, including Business Woman of the year SA (Entrepreneur), most influential Woman in Business in Africa & 5 Lifetime Achievement awards. She is an internationally recognized Keynote Speaker, including TEDX talks and a Philanthropist and Champion of Women's Empowerment in Africa. Margaret is a proud South African and believes in the future of the country and the African continent in general.

For many years, she has been heavily involved with Women and Youth Empowerment projects throughout Southern Africa. She personally visits schools around the country, motivating, encouraging and inspiring the youth. A project that she took on earlier this year was the mentorship of the Mrs South Africa contestants, helping them to understand the importance of community upliftment programmes and also giving them advice on business leadership.

Margaret is passionate about women in business and entrepreneurship. She runs virtual networking clubs for Women In Business, Entrepreneurs and the Property sector. She also hosts regular cooking programmes, often bringing in people who want to get their catering businesses off the ground. Her door is always open to people who want advice on how to make their businesses grow.
