How will APA be setting it's advocacy and policy agenda?

How can members support this work

Sneaky players - looking at the characteristics of high-outcome, low profile and organisations

Stakeholder mapping

State plans - KPIs

APA members and volunteers will leave the workshop with:

A robust plan for their local State Chapter's next year of engagement, education and advocacy

Insights and actions into advocacy

Connection to a national plan

How to determine if you can help:

Are you a confident public speaker?

Are you able to help connect us to contractors, architectural practices, engineering firms, local government planners, developers (etc) so APA can educate them about PH?

Would you be willing to help coordinate educational site tours and seminars?

Are you willing to research content for campaigns or write other educational material for APA?

If you answered yes to any of the above, then come along to our workshop.

Our philosophy is many hands makes light work, so if you can commit to just one action, or one contribution to your local plan, then our collective efforts will create a ripple effect.
