Regional Director for Payroll Operations & Head of Global Support Services at activpayrollManish Mehta oversees the company's expansion in the Asia-Pacific region. With over two decades of experience in payroll strategy and leadership, he co-founded CnetG Asia, an executive search firm, and Propay Partners, a leading payroll and HR services provider in Southeast Asia. Following Propay Partners' acquisition by activpayroll in 2022, Manish transitioned to his current role, continuing to drive innovation and operational success. He holds a finance degree from National University Malaysia and has been an active volunteer with the HR Committee at EU-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Talent Network at British Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia. Beyond his professional achievements, Manish enjoys global travel and swimming.

He has more than 20 years experience working in the Goverment and Private sectors, liaising with important stakeholders like Government Ministries, GLCs, MNCs and International Business Chambers. With extensive experience in leading project teams and managing project offices, Mr. Syarifuddin is known for his effective collaboration and leadership skills. He holds a Degree in Accountancy and an MBA from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).
Mohd Shakirin Mohd Fauzi
Assistant Manager, MyLead, Business Unit at Malaysia Expatriate Services Centre (MYXpats Centre)Shakirin is the Assistant Manager in MyLead, the Business Unit under MYXpats responsible for overseeing RP-T applications and driving strategic projects that support TalentCorp’s broader efforts to engage expatriates in Malaysia. In this role, he engages with key stakeholders, including government partners such as the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN) and the Immigration Department of Malaysia (JIM), ensuring effective collaboration on expatriate engagement priorities.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Universiti Teknologi Mara, Sarawak, Shakirin applies his solid academic background and practical approach to furthering TalentCorp’s initiatives in expatriate management.
