A happy and health workplace is critical to the success of your organisation.  Research shows that several factors within an organisation can positively and negatively contribute to the wellbeing of the workplace.  Organisational leaders and managers can play a crucial role in growing resilience by understanding these factors and identifying relevant strategies that enhance mental health and wellbeing.  This can lead to better employee engagement, reduced sickness absence, and increase performance and productivity.

This workshop will build the capacity of leaders and managers to identify organisational wellbeing priorities and start to integrate and embed them into the practice and culture of the organisation
