Join us as we embark on a 3-session adventure to learn more about cats, how to care for them and most importantly what we can learn from them on how to be "chill and cool". We are calling this.... OPERATION CODE NAME "SPARK-ling Cat Cafe".
Since the best-selling book "ALL DOGS HAVE ADHD" came out, I have been obsessed with dogs... trying to figure out what we can learn from our canine friends on how we can deal with ADHD better.
But after reflecting on this issue deeply and for many months, I have come to an enlightenment. Sure, dogs are hyper-active and have short attention span but if we really want to find a way out of this mad loop of hyperactivity and inattention, it is cats that we should studying. You see... cats are the perfect role models of chill.
And on a serious note, the SPARK-ling CAT CAFE is a peer-support group for ADHD tweens. We hope that through their shared experience and common love of cats, participants would connect with one another as they learn how to be responsible cat owners.
So if you know a tween with ADHD who loves cats...
