Mr. Daniel “Dan” T. Daly has been with Pacific Cross Philippines since January 2017 as Deputy CEO and was later appointed as President & CEO and Executive Director in July 2017 to present. He brings to the position international operational and management experience and chief executive experience in the Philippines over a number of years. With extensive distribution and underwriting experience across the U.S. in personal lines, life and small commercial and group benefits, he came to Asia in 2000 and held key executive positions in six Asian markets over the past fifteen years. Mr. Daly has worked for international life and non-life insurance companies.

Ms. Maria Victoria “Etchie” R. Munsayac is the SVP for Medical Sales – Direct Tied Division, Provider Network Services and SASSI Business Development. She has over 20 years of leading people and teams in the organization. Prior to working in Pacific Cross, she worked in the pharmaceutical industry. Ms. Etchie completed the Strategic Marketing Program at the Asian Institute of Management and graduated from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce Management.

Paolo Araneta has worked in various industries before joining Pacific Cross Philippines. At Pacific Cross, he has held various positions and assignments working with agency and corporate partners. Together with the SVP, Etchie Munsayac, he is now handling SASSI, which is part of Pacific Cross Philippines' digital strategy. Paolo is an alumnus of Ateneo De Manila University with a Bachelor’s degree in Management of Applied Chemistry and has a masters’ degree from Durham University, UK.
