Parenting a child with ADHD can be a challenging, unpredictable, and emotional journey. If your child has been diagnosed with ADHD or is showing signs, please know that you are not alone. ADHD is one of the most treatable psychiatric conditions and many with ADHD have have gone on to thrive in life, not in-spite of the condition but because of it.


Join us on 26 Mar for our monthly coffee catch-up where you will meet other parents who share this unique parenting journey. Adults with ADHD, or Educators are welcome to join in.

This month, we are especially excited to have Centre for Mindfulness co-host the session. If you are not familiar with mindfulness, it is a non-pharmaceutical method of training our minds to focus better and to be more regulated. It is an important tool that precious for both parent and child.
