    Lisa Sheppard-Davenport

    Director - Compliance of AT&T

    As the Director of the Compliance Program Governance team at AT&T, Lisa is responsible for developing and executing the strategy for compliance risk assessments, compliance program benchmarking and risk related education across AT&T. Prior to that role, she led high visibility compliance projects related to mergers and acquisitions, TCPA rules, and Consumer Protection initiatives. Lisa has expertise in managing cross-functional teams and leading internal compliance advisory boards focused on providing compliance guidance on a wide range of business projects designed to expand business opportunities, gain efficiencies, and improve the AT&T customer experience. Lisa also serves as an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law’s MSL Program on Corporate Ethics and Compliance.

    Lisa received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Georgia. Lisa holds certifications in both Compliance and Ethics as well as Privacy (CCEP and IAPP, respectively). She lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband. They have three grown children, one son in New York, their hometown, a daughter in Louisiana and the youngest son in Atlanta, GA.

    Program Director of Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI)

    Shayla Woodson currently as the Program Director for the Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI). In this role, she is responsible for the execution of programs that are funded through corporate and private contributions. Shayla is also actively involved as a staff liaison to several member working groups and development driven activities. Prior to ECI, she worked as Coordinator of Member & Board Relations for the National Association of Manufacturers. In this role, she supported two senior directors in separate territories while providing member deliverables for over 125 member companies and prospects.

    Shayla received her undergraduate degree in Religious Studies from Skidmore College, post-baccalaureate certificates in Ayurveda Wellness and Cannabis Science, and her master’s degree in Therapeutic Herbalism at Maryland University for Integrative Health.
