Event Details

Students will use the disc cutter to create pedants which can be textured, layered, or stamped to create a unique design. Each student will have at least one finished pendant, similar to those in the photos above. If time allows, multiple may be made. By the end of class, students will feel comfortable using the disc cutter, using hammers, drilling holes, and polishing their work. Students will be able to use brass, copper, and nickel to create their design. We will not be providing chains for the finished piece. If you have a chain that you would like the pendant to go on please bring it with you.

I'm originally from South Florida but I've had the pleasure of living in Burlington since 2020. I am an artist/maker/crafter on a never ending quest to learn how to work with as many mediums as possible, some of my favorites being fine metal, clay, and yarn. I love helping others work through the creative process by offering different perspectives and approaches to making. When I'm not working on a project I'm probably hanging out with my cat while reading or playing video games.
