Event Details
As record numbers of people are leaving their jobs, reconsidering their careers, and re-evaluating their priorities as they relate to work; it is apparent that work isn't working for us. With the April release of Marcus'' new book, it's clear that Love + Work is certainly hitting home!
We are thrilled to welcome back to ESA, Marcus Buckingham, NY Times bestselling author and Head of People + Performance research at ADP Research Institute, whose new book Love + Work has now been published. The focus of the book and his collaboration with HBR is helping people, leaders, and organizations understand the importance of tapping into love in order to find energy, inspiration, and success at work, in life, and even in relationships.
He will be joined by Christian Gomez, Head of Strategy at The Marcus Buckingham Company, an ADP company, to answer the questions that were not answered on the Executive Thought Leadership Forum held on the 29th of March and continue to discuss the implications that this labor force dynamic is having on the readiness of our organizations and the tangible actions we can take as we design our people strategies during this uncertain time and together "Change the World of Work".
