This is an executive session inviting top firms in the Philippines and employers of choice from major industry organizations in the Philippines.
Our objective is to:
- Launch the PFIP Playbook (in partnership with the Kingdom of Netherlands and University of the Philippines- Center for Women and Gender Studies) to our industry partners.
- Build a community of senior leaders that are committed to workplace inclusion.
- Harness executive allies to be truly transformational and inclusive leaders.
- Actions to create a workplace that is safe, and inclusive, and everyone feels they belong.
The PFIP Playbook for LGBT+ Inclusive Workplaces In the Philippines - documents the best practices and innovative mechanisms undertaken by Philippines-based companies toward building more inclusive workplaces in the country. It is intended to be a reference point for business leaders from small companies to multinational conglomerates for responsible and ethical corporate governance, following the lead of international best practices and global standards. This compendium would be the first of its kind in terms of organizational research on LGBT+ workplace experience in the Philippines
