Dave Sivaprasad is a core member of the Energy, Social Impact, Public Sector, and People & Organization practices at Boston Consulting Group. He is a member of BCG’s global climate leadership team and works with public and private sector clients on climate action and energy transition.
Dave has significant experience and expertise in the energy sector, including oil and gas, power and utilities, green energy, energy infrastructure, and energy public policy. He has worked with clients around the globe on growth strategies, performance improvement, organizational development, and managing large-scale change.
Dave leads the firm’s climate action work in Southeast Asia. He is the lead for change management in Asia Pacific for BCG’s People & Organization practice. He is currently the head of BCG Kuala Lumpur.

Acevedo
President & CEO of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation
Under his leadership, RCBC accelerated its business and digital transformation, winning multiple awards in innovation including best digital bank and best retail bank. RCBC also took major strides in sustainable finance resulting in landmark green bond issues, and its upgrade to Double A (AA) ESG rating by MSCI.
Eugene serves as Chairman of the Asian Bankers Association (ABA) for the 2021-23 term.
Eugene has been a banker for over three decades. He started as a Management Associate in Citibank in 1987 and retired as Managing Director responsible for Hong Kong and Taiwan Global Markets. His other senior roles include being regional head of Asia derivatives sales, and country treasurer for the Philippines and Hong Kong. He was also President and CEO of Philippine National Bank, SEVP of UnionBank and Chairman of City Savings Bank.
Eugene studied physics as a DOST scholar, obtaining magna cum laude honors at the University of San Carlos where he chaired his college student council. He moved to the University of the Philippines in Diliman as a physics lecturer. In 1987, he graduated from the Asian Institute of Management where was the Javier Nepomuceno Scholar. He completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.
An avid learner, he has professional certifications in Clean Power, Customer Experience, User Experience and Digital Marketing from Imperial College London, CX Academy, British Computer Society and Wharton School, respectively. He has also completed programs in digital transformation, blockchain, data science and artificial intelligence.
