Ming Teck
Kong
Managing Director and Partner of BCG Singapore
Ming Teck Kong joined Boston Consulting Group in 2008 and has worked across Europe and Asia. He leads the People & Organization practice in Southeast Asia, and has significant working experience in transformation and transaction support. He also leads BCG’s sustainability efforts in Asia-Pacific.
Ming Teck supports leaders on a broad range of people and organization topics, including people strategy, organization design, change management, and culture and leadership.
Ming Teck works with companies on transformation in terms of both efficiency and growth. He has led major restructurings, post-merger integrations, and initial public offering engagements.
He has worked with government, corporate, family business, and private equity clients across multiple industries including energy, industrial goods, and technology. In the energy sector, he has worked with clients in oil and gas (upstream and downstream), power and utilities, sustainability and green energy, and natural gas and LNG, to address topics such as energy transition, strategy, and productivity and efficiency, as well as on innovation and growth.
Prior to joining BCG, Ming Teck worked for Royal Dutch Shell in the Netherlands in the LNG/gas business.
Eric Francia
President & Chief Executive Officer at ACEN (AC Energy)
Eric Francia is the President and Chief Executive Officer of
ACEN. Under his leadership, Ayala established its energy
platform from a standing start in 2011, to become one of the
largest renewable energy platforms in Southeast Asia, with
over 2000 MW of attributable renewables capacity.
Eric is also a Managing Director and member of the
Management Committee of Ayala Corporation since 2009, and
was appointed as Chairman of Ayala’s Investment Committee
in 2021. He is also a Director of various Ayala group companies
including AC Infrastructure, AC Health, AC Ventures, and as
Chairman and CEO of ACE Enexor.
Eric earned a Master’s Degree in Management Studies at the
University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom, graduating with
First Class Honors. He received his undergraduate degree in
Humanities and Political Economy from the University of Asia &
the Pacific, graduating magna cum laude.
