Yvonne T. Allmond is an Executive Vice President & Community Financial Engagement Officer with TowneBank. She was previously a Senior Vice President in the Private Banking Group in TowneBank’s Norfolk Corporate Offices for more than 15 years. She has over 30 years of financial experience, primarily in banking but also to include serving as an Investment Associate with the Economic Development Finance Corporation in Washington D.C and an assessment auditor with the FDIC, also in Washington, D.C. Yvonne received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The George Washington University in Washington DC and since then has graduated from the Hampton Roads Civic Leadership Institute in 2006; was a recipient of the 2014 NAACP Presidential Award; 2014 YWCA Women of Distinction award; the 2019 Inside Business’ Women in Business Achievement award, and is a 2021 recipient of the Humanitarian Award presented by Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities. She is involved in many civic activities, community initiatives and organizations to include:

As the Director of Technology and founder of Diaphanous, a tech startup growth hacking company, James has demonstrated a profound understanding of the digital landscape. Now, in his role at Innovate Hampton Roads, he is steering the narrative of innovation and entrepreneurship in Virginia’s Hampton Roads community.

James extends his impact to the REaKTOR initiative in the City of Hampton, where he directly engages with early-stage, high-tech companies. His role involves aiding in business validation, capital-raising preparations, and witnessing the transformative success of these ventures.

This isn't merely an administrative role for James—it's a strategic leadership position designed for impact. Collaborating closely with the Executive Director, James will draft a roadmap to position Hampton Roads as a hub for technology, innovation, and education. His responsibilities encompass daily operational management, ensuring the seamless execution of programs, and engaging with diverse stakeholders to shape the future of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Jason Inge serves as the Director of Community Investments at the United Way of South Hampton Roads. In this his role, he oversees the multi-million-dollar grant management and investments supporting local non-profits and grassroots organizations
serving the South Hampton Roads region.

As a visionary leader, Jason integrates strategic alignment and innovation, creating a
workplace culture of belonging and excellence. He leads various discussions on Board Governance, Non-Profit Management, and Leadership. A seasoned professional, he motivates, inspires, and
extends his impact beyond office walls. Jason is a dynamic force in the Hampton Roads community, passionately addressing societal challenges. He actively contributes to advocacy initiatives combating food insecurities, confronting gun violence, and advancing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access for all.

Jason holds a Master of Public Administration from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Averett University, accompanied by professional certificates from the University of Virginia's Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership and the University of South Florida. His extensive leadership experience includes serving as President of the Urban League of Hampton Roads Young Professionals (2017-2021), Norfolk City Gaming Commission (2021), and the Norfolk City Social Services Commission (2019- 2022). He serves as a Citizen Appointee to the Virginia Real Estate Appraisal Board.
