Please join us for the final Masterclass in the series, where we lay a solid foundation to launch your business into 2023. In the business planning workshop you will be facilitated through reviewing your 2022 and designing the way forward for your business.

Participants will:

  • Reset your mindset
  • Review 2022 - Identify what carries over, what do we let go of, and what are the learnings to integrate.
  • Debrief: Let go of 2022 by celebrating achievements and drawing learnings from the challenges (there are no failures, only opportunities for learning!)
  • Visioning - Getting clarity on your sense of purpose
  • Alignment - Developing an action plan which aligns your work to your purpose.
  • Celebrate new beginnings with an evening of networking, where we share our updated purpose statements
