https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrealekushoff?originalSubdomain=caAndrea is the founder and president of CONTEXT Studios, a new business that creates high-end film and podcast documentaries that make it easy for individuals, families, entrepreneurs and family businesses to share their life stories and legacies with future generations. She’s incredibly proud to be leading this meaningful, purpose-driven business, and excited about the impact it will have on many people’s lives, including her own.
As a seasoned PR executive and the founder of Canadian PR agency Broad Reach, Andrea has worked with Canadian, U.S. and global businesses across every sector for nearly two decades. She has created measurable, meaningful results for private companies, entrepreneurs, family businesses, associations and board directors. Broad Reach specializes in PR, executive profiling, thought leadership and media training, and has won over a dozen PR industry awards.
As a proud Women Get On Board Inc. (WGOB) affiliate partner, Broad Reach launched ELEVATE earlier this year. This powerful program positions WGOB members as sought-after board candidates by leveraging the same three-step process Broad Reach uses for CEOs and senior executives.
Andrea is often asked to comment in the media, and her opinions have been profiled in many national publications, including the Globe and Mail, Financial Post, Ivey Business Journal and Women of Influence magazine.
Before Broad Reach, Andrea was a strategy consultant at Deloitte, developed strategies for early-stage tech companies with Brightspark Ventures, was the press assistant at the Canadian Embassy in Washington, D.C., and was on the board of the Canadian American Business Council.
Andrea is fluent in English and French, has an MBA from the Ivey Business School, a BA (Honours) from Western University and has completed two YPO Harvard Business School executive education programs. She is also proud to sit on the board development committee for the Luminato Festival; she fell in love with the arts when she lived in Paris at 21, and she finds it an honour to support this incredible organization.
As for her personal interests, Andrea thrives on adventure, personal discovery and challenging herself to grow. She has climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, and scaled BC’s Mt. Nimbus by via ferrata. She’s been on several retreats to enhance her physical and mental health (including two involving psychedelics), she enjoys regular exercise, and she tries to maintain a sense of play and fun in everything she does, especially with her two teens.
