Problem Solving & Critical Thinking - 1 Day Training (In Lao Language)

EDC, in partnership with AustCham Lao, is hosting a 1-day training on the topic, Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving.

Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving skills are essential in the workplace and life, as they enable individuals to analyse complex situations, make informed decisions, and develop effective solutions. Strong problem-solving abilities help teams overcome challenges efficiently, while critical thinking fosters a culture of innovation and adaptability. These skills are crucial for professionals at all stages of their careers and life, ensuring continuous growth and improvement in their respective fields.

Objectives & Outcomes of the Training:

This training equips participants with Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving skills to enhance decision-making.

By the end of the day, participants will be able to:

• Understand critical thinking and its key components.
• Apply problem-solving tools (Problem Tree, 5 Whys, Fishbone, Brainstorming and Six Thinking Hats).
• Improve decision-making through logical analysis.
• Learn how to address problems using critical thinking skills both individually and in a team.
