One of the items on the AGM agenda is the announcement of the new PSASA Exco. While each PSASA Chapter President is elected during chapter AGMs, all PSASA members in good standing have the right to submit their nominations for the Deputy President, Vice President, Treasurer and other Council Members of the PSASA.

STEP 1: Have a look at the current PSASA Exco at the bottom of https://www.psasouthernafrica.co.za/about-psasa/​

STEP 2: View all PSASA member profiles at https://www.psasouthernafrica.co.za/membership-directory/​

STEP 3: Get permission from every person you want to nominate BEFORE submitting your nomination(s). The Nominations Committee will verify this permission with each qualifying candidate.

STEP 4: Submit your nomination(s) at https://forms.gle/SXXJ3sbC4tHzHi8f7​.

NB: If you are willing to be nominated, please do not nominate yourself; ask someone else to nominate you.

The deadline for nominations is Friday, 21 March 2025.

STEP 5: Attend the PSASA AGM on 2 April 2025 to receive and/or choose the results.

If there is only one nominee for a position then that person (provided they qualify) will automatically be declared winner and be inducted to the position. If there are multiple candidates, the candidates will be presented at the PSASA AGM on 2 April 2025 where attending members will be able to cast their votes.
