Q1 Fellowship and Networking Night powered by S&P Global

This is the regular quarterly meeting of PFIP member company POCs. This fellowship will include PFIP membership updates and announcements on upcoming events. The gathering is also a venue for our Roundtable Discussion with invited guest panelist. This is a great opportunity for networking and sharing of best practices with different member companies of PFIP.

The first part of the program is the PFIP members' meeting with set agenda which will be followed by a roundtable discussion. The event is part of our quarterly members' meeting where we showcase relevant topics to our members, invite resource speakers, and welcome other organizations to link to our member companies.

The roundtable discussion topic is  "The Power of Data and Driving Change" focused on understanding and implementing best practices in measuring LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace. Dive deep into how data complements broader ESG reporting and other measures of success, driving meaningful progress toward a truly equitable and thriving environment.

We will be joined by ESG practitioners Ceejay Hernandez, Vice President Corporate Sustainability, HSBC, Patrick Navarrete, Senior Manager ESG Controversy Analysis, S&P Global, and Accenture sharing their robust way of measuring DE&I success joining us is Ana Lorena S. Dela Cruz, Talent Strategy Lead for Culture, Inclusion and Diversity, Accenture Philippines. This session will be moderated by Ed Carias ,Vice President , Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (APAC Client Centers and Philippines), Northern Trust.
