The ever-engaging Attorney Peck will be discussing how one determines if an individual is capable of making decisions; overview what ethical issues can arise in various stages of decision making, and who has the right to make decisions for one with diminished capacity. Learn how to determine mental capacity and review the laws in place to protect people with capacity issues.
