PFIP, the premier organization that advocates for workplace inclusion, aspires to empower the future of the workforce (the youth). Through education, we enhance their opportunity to be successful in society. We aim to ensure we turn LGBT+ potential into making a difference. As we prepare for the future of the Rainbow Youth Academy scholars, we anchor our learning series to better prepare them for the workforce. Our series of talks takes our attendees through the life cycle of employment from preparing for interviews to growing their careers. This is in the hope that we can assist in the development and competency of our students.
