Registration is open from the 1st of November 2023.

The induction date is the 15th of January 2024.

Training will commence on the 1st of February 2024 - 31st of August 2024

The Real Estate NQF Level 4 (SAQA ID 59097) qualification has 150 credits. The objective of the qualification is to ensure that at the end of the qualification the Agent is able to:

1. Analyze, evaluate, and apply the Real Estate Code of Conduct and Ethics.
2. Demonstrate knowledge of the Real Estate environment and the various laws, rules, and regulations that impact the Real Estate function.
3. Perform the Real Estate function.

Module 1: Real Estate Platform

Module 2: Real Estate Legislation

Module 3: Real Estate Practice

Module 4: Specialisation (Property Valuation or Real Estate Practice)

Entry Requirements are:

1. Matric with mathematics and two (02) South African languages or any NQF Level 4 qualification; and
2. You must be working as the Estate Agent
