Dot Foods was founded in 1960 with big dreams of starting a family business and streamlining the food supply chain.

Over sixty years later, we make more products more accessible to more people than ever before. We do this by purchasing large quantities of product from the supplier and storing it in our 13 distribution centers across the country. Our distributor and food processor customers then order our food and non-food items in less-than-truckload (LTL) quantities, which we deliver in as little as two to four days.

Our business model, the talents of more than 4,000 employees, and the Tracy family's ownership have helped our company become the largest food industry redistributor in North America. But even more importantly, the dream that took shape all those years ago is still driving our partners' businesses forward.

Sunny Khamkar is the Cofounder and CEO of MenuData, a company that uses social listening and generative AI to track global menu innovations, providing sales and marketing insights for the food and beverage industry. Previously, he co-founded Zaru, an automated invoice processing solution for hospitality and restaurant clients. Prior to Zaru, Sunny was an Enterprise Engineer at Crowdflower (now Appen). He holds an MS in E-Business Technology from Carnegie Mellon University, specializing in crowdsourcing and human-in-the-loop AI, and a BS from UC Santa Barbara.

Laura Troiano is the SVP of Sales at MUSH, a fast-growing overnight oats brand known for its clean ingredients and modern approach to breakfast. Since joining as the company’s first sales hire, she has built the team and strategy from the ground up, driving over 300% revenue growth and expanding distribution across Grocery, Mass, Club, and Away From Home channels.

Before MUSH, Laura led sales at RXBAR through a period of explosive growth, helping scale the business into a $250MM+ brand. Her nearly two-decade career includes various sales roles at beloved CPG brands like Nuun, Sartori, and Nestlé, where she consistently delivered transformative results. She’s passionate about building teams, driving category innovation, and championing better food for more people.
