Webinar Presentation

IDPH regulations request anyone who works with older adults in any setting must annually complete training on this topic. Do not just meet these rules but exceed them with this one-hour presentation about abuse and neglect. Chris will discuss how it can happen in your setting; be it from resident to resident, resident and caregiver, or resident to family member. Learn how to report any one of these situations. More importantly, learn how to use techniques like "tap-out" to prevent it.

1.0 ETHICS CE CREDIT will be awarded to Illinois nurses, social workers, professional counselors and nursing home administrators.
