Join us for CAI-Channel Islands Chapter's Community Faire featuring:

• Outdoor Exhibit Faire with 30 exhibitors specializing in the HOA industry
• Educational programs presented by seasoned attorney members
• Opportunity to win exhibitor give-a-ways and Grand Prize give-a-way
• Enjoy hors d'oeuvres, drinks, and networking with chapter members

Join us at Your Comfort Level! At check-in, you will select either a blue or red lanyard which allows our vendors and other attendees to know your comfort level. Blue lanyard means ready to shake hands and a red lanyard means social distancing is appreciated! If you prefer to wear a face mask, please do so.

As of June 15th, the state of California recommends that those who are not vaccinated wear a face mask/covering indoors. We do ask if you are feeling ill or are experiencing covid-19 symptoms to please stay home and join us another time. Thank you!

5:15 pm: Educational Program (hosted indoors) "Board Member Boot Camp"

This program will cover roles & responsibilities, board meeting etiquette, how to work with challenging board members / homeowners, & tips for being a successful board member.

Tips for successful board meetings, board training, good policies and how to work through conflict when it does occur including removal of officer position, recalls, and conflicts of interest.
